Bombay Lodge is now located in upstairs from Cardo's Steakhouse where you will enjoy an Indian feast with family and friends. The restaurant is fully set up with air-conditioning for a truely relaxing evening feasting on authentic Indian dishes.
The chef and restaurant manager Negi is from Dehradun Garhwal, a beautiful hill station in India. Before coming to Fiji, he worked in a well- known restaurant called Zaika in the province of Maharashtra including five star resorts. Negi has been in Fiji now for 10 years and Bombay Lodge is quickly making a name for the high standard of cooking.
Bombay Lodge is themed as an Indian restaurant and provides authentic Indian food and service. After meals, guests will receive aniseeds with sugar candy because it is the small touches that enhance our guests experience.
