The Food at Cardo's Restaurants
All the food served at Cardo’s Steakhouse and Cocktail and Bombay Lodge is of the highest quality. We have a farm that grows organic fruit, vegetables and herbs, as well as eggs and meat to ensure freshness and flavour. The steaks we are so well known for is Angus Beef from New Zealand where the cattle are raised in a pristine climate and are imported especially for Cardo’s at Denarau Marina.

How we do it!
Cardo’s & Bombay Lodge employ full time farmers who look after the produce and stock. All organic waste from the restaurants is recycled back into the soil and is used as feed for the stock. Waste is reduced and the soil is kept fertile for year round production. This means we are able to provide fresh quality food all year round for our guests.
We recycle, we are organic and reduce waste for a sustainable supply of fresh food.
Happy chickens means lots of fresh eggs. We also have cows and goats who are all named 'curry'.
Why are our steaks so good?
We are known for our succulent steaks from the grill, our customers keep coming back because they know when they come to Cardo's they will get a great steak. So its important we use the very best beef possible. We only use beef from Angus cattle raised on over 4000 acres in Hawkes Bay in New Zealand.
