Cardo's Steakhouse and Cocktail Bar has been operating for 25 years now, but long before there is a history of how it came to be one of the best little steakhouses in the Pacfic.

The early 1800’s witnessed the arrival of Espero Cardo and his herd of some of the world’s finest beef cattle to Fiji.
Originally bound for Australia, this shipment of prized animals from the pampas of Argentina was pirated in the Koro Sea by war canoeists of the Tavuteke Clan. The services of stockman Cardo was necessary and so his life and cattle where spared.
The Fijian grasslands provided ideally nuturitional for raising the perfect beef beast. Now, four generations later, the perfect steak is available in Fiji’s best little steakhouse of the Pacific.
