Fiji’s best little steakhouse, Cardo’s, is located at the bustling marina on Denarau Island, a major departure point for cruises and transfers to the beautiful Mamanuca and Yasawa Islands. It is also within walking distance of several high-end international hotels such as Sheraton, Hilton and Sofitel.
Inspired by Queensland bungalows, the restaurant’s open-plan architecture is designed to take full advantage of the tropical weather, sea breeze and,
expansive views of the ocean and nearby islands. In addition, the restaurant has expansive wooden decking, making alfresco dining a must. All of this lends atmosphere to your dining experience at Cardo’s.
The guest register reads like a Who’s Who of Fiji society, and international guests have included Hollywood actor and director, Mel Gibson and Fiji-born golfer, Vijay Singh. It is the restaurant’s casual ambience and great food or “good ol’ Australasian grub” as Cardo; himself puts it that draws locals and travelers alike.
Live local bands feature 3 times a week.
The restaurant seats 200 comfortably and fits 300 for functions and special events.
Open daily from
7am – 1 am all year round, except on Good Friday and Christmas Day. |
